Lousy Luck Games
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
Lousy Luck Games is a one-person studio. This page explains what information our website and our internal publishing tool use. Each of our games and apps has its own privacy policy on its own website (for example, flushtopia.com/privacy).
This website
lousyluck.games has no accounts, no ads and no tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, to deliver and protect the site.
Our publishing tool and connected accounts
We use our own tool, Megaphone, to post our videos to social media accounts that we own, such as TikTok, YouTube and Bluesky. When we connect one of our accounts, the platform gives the tool:
- Basic account details (like the display name and an account ID), so we can tell our accounts apart.
- Access tokens that let the tool post the videos we approve and read the view, like, comment and share counts of our own videos.
This information stays on our own computer. We don't sell it, share it, or use it for advertising. We don't collect information about other people's accounts or videos. Disconnecting an account in the tool deletes its tokens, and you can also remove the tool's access at any time in the platform's own settings (for TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions).
If you email us, we use your message only to reply.
Children
This website and our publishing tool are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
